I am Master of Balayage certified, Bellami Pro certified and Aqua Extension Certified. I provide an elevated customer service experience in a private, clean space using carefully selected colors & products to care for each individual client based on their specific needs. I happily use and love Amika 🧡 ,K18 ✅, Verb 👻, Redken 👑 and Matrix 🧬products to protect your investment and integrity of your hair. My consultation is a blow out service so I can analyze your scalp & hair while discussing best steps to achieve desired results. Some of my services require a deposit to book. This is to reserve your appointment time; the amount is held then deducted from service total day of service. Convenience Fee- this is applied for “squeeze in” services and services accommodated outside of my normal business hours. **Please read my cancellation policy and fill out any waivers needed for your service.** I accept credit/debit cards & cash(exact). I do not accept checks, Venmo, CashApp or Zelle. **** I strive to provide a punctual and efficient service, I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for no shows & cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. I understand unforeseen events or emergencies can happen; missed appointments & tardiness affect my small business. Not communicating or confirming is not a cancellation. Deposited are non refundable.
A no show is 20 minutes after the service time, I will charge the card on file. If the card on file does not go through I will require the cancellation fee before any other appointments can be scheduled, and future appointments will require a deposit.
One reschedule does not effect deposit, if there is a second reschedule on the same appointment; a new deposit is needed for the new appointment.
Changing services requires a 48 hour notice whether reducing or adding to a service, this can drastically change my timing and planned service total for the day.
I will always make every effort to respect your time and ask for the same in return.
**there is a $20 late fee for clients who are 10 minutes late to 2 appointments…also if I am 10 minutes behind for 2 of your appointments I will take $20 off the final service cost**
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
I will always keep an eye on any developing weather. My decision will be made day of if it’s best to delay, or reschedule. My cancellation policy will remain in effect if I’ve driven to the salon and you cancel the day of your appointment.
