I am Master of Balayage certified, Bellami Pro certified and Aqua Extension Certified. I provide an elevated customer service experience in a private, clean space using carefully selected colors & products to care for each individual client based on their specific needs. I happily use and love Amika 🧡 ,K18 ✅, Verb 👻, Redken 👑 and Matrix 🧬products to protect your investment and integrity of your hair. My consultation is a blow out service so I can analyze your scalp & hair while discussing best steps to achieve desired results. Some of my services require a deposit to book. This is to reserve your appointment time; the amount is held then deducted from service total day of service. I offer a 10% referral discount for any client that refers a new client that has service completed! Convenience Fee- this is applied for “squeeze in” services and services accommodated outside of my normal business hours. **Please read my cancellation policy and fill out any waivers needed for your service.** I accept credit/debit cards & cash(exact). Cancellation Policy
•A 75% fee applies to no-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours
•I understand emergencies happen; however, late changes and missed appointments impact my schedule
•Lack of communication or confirmation does not count as a cancellation
•All deposits are non-refundable
•A no-show is defined as 15 minutes past your scheduled time; the card on file will be charged
•If the card is declined, the balance must be paid before rebooking, and future appointments will require a deposit
•One reschedule is welcome without affecting your deposit
•A second reschedule will require a new deposit
•Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any service changes, as this affects timing and availability
•A $20 late fee will apply after two instances of arriving 10+ minutes late
•If I am 10+ minutes late for two of your appointments, $20 will be deducted from your service
Inclement Weather
•Weather is monitored closely, and any changes will be communicated the day of your appointment
•If I am able to safely arrive, the full service total will apply
